The Journal of Management and Planning Research (JMPR), launched in 2024, is an interdisciplinary scholarly journal that advances research at the intersection of management and planning. It provides a forum for work that connects theory with real-world decision-making in organizations, cities, regions, and development contexts.
Open Access: JMPR follows the Diamond Open Access model—completely free for both authors and readers, with no article processing charges (APCs) or subscription fees. It is published by Locke Science Publisher.
Publication Frequency: JMPR publishes one volume per year with one issue annually.
Scope: JMPR welcomes original research and review contributions in management theory and practice, with emphasis on strategic management, urban and regional planning, development policy, project planning, operations and supply chains, governance and public management, and sustainability transitions.
